We all know that becoming more agile as leaders, teams and organizations is imperative but many don’t know how or where to start. Becoming a more agile enterprise is not a quick fix or easy proposition … if you aim to create sustainable change.  

Our experience suggests it involves about three + years of focused effort and collaborative energy to create the gateway to embed agile mindset, core beliefs and operating principles into how things get done. There is low hanging fruit to harvest along the way – but also many moments of truth involving people, processes and technology choices.
